The Internet Workshop Guide to Creating and Publishing Your Website

You will need to write and format your Webpage in HTML.  
There are several ways to do this:

Write documents in HTML.
Create your page in Microsoft Word and save it as HTML.
Create your page using a freeware HTML editor.
Create your page using a purchased HTML editor.
